Hey there! 👋 I’m Hugh Carnahan. While I like to joke that I’m just an “average guy from humble roots,” my path has been anything but average. I started out in manufacturing, working hard, staying busy, and filling my days with tasks—but I wasn’t truly making progress. Like many business owners, I was stuck in the cycle of working in my business instead of on it. That’s when I discovered the power of business coaching. With the right guidance and strategy, I shifted from constant grind to real growth—and now I help other business owners do the same.
